Networks First Shortlisted for UK Customer Experience Awards

Networks First, a provider of support services for network infrastructures, has been shortlisted as one of four companies in the Small Business category in the prestigious UK Customer Experience Awards. The awards are given to UK companies in recognition of outstanding customer service. The award sponsors include, Pipex Business, Unisys, Cable & Wireless and The Henley School of Management.

Derek Dale, technical director, Networks First, comments: “We are delighted to be short listed. Over the last year we have continued to focus on our customers experiences re-investing one million pounds back into the business. This includes both investment in a new building that reveals our entire service delivery process, and development in internal IT systems that makes doing business with Networks First even easier. The end result is that we are much closer to our partners and are delivering an enhanced service.”

The UK Customer Experience Awards aim to identify and recognise organisations operating in the UK that are industry leaders at serving customers. The awards also help organisations identify their strengths and weaknesses whilst providing benchmarks and guidance to help organisations improve performance. Key criteria assessed by the judges include: customer intelligence, operational effectiveness, engaging people, leadership and values and organisational agility.

Previous winners of the awards include Mace Ltd, Brittania Building Society and First Direct. The winners of the 2007 UK Customer Experience Awards will be announced at the final on Wednesday 7th November at Café Royal, in London.
