With its scalable pro line, Gigaset is primarily addressing small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs): The Munich-based vendor is merging its expertise from its successful residential customer business with its know-how in telecommunications systems and delivering the typical Gigaset design to offices. “At last there are phones that look really good on a desk,” says Chief Sales Officer Maik Brockmann. “We’ve successfully grafted our premium image from the residential market to the B2B arena.” Now Gigaset pro is expanding this presence to the corporate environment, where enterprises will benefit even more from Gigaset’s DECT expertise: “Our company had a hand in developing DECT technology, so of course we want to be a leader when it comes to making it available to a new clientele,” said Brockmann.
In its pro line, Gigaset offers comprehensive IP-based communications solutions with a portfolio of telephone systems, IP desktop phones, IP DECT base stations and a wide variety of attractive Gigaset handsets. One example of Gigaset’s DECT competence is the multi-cell solution N720 DECT IP, which allows employees to move about freely in buildings or on the company campus while making calls.
Gigaset Communications UK Limited will be launching the Gigaset N720 IP DECT Multicell System to resellers during Convergence Summit North and at the IET in London. Gigaset will be announcing additional product updates relating to the wider Gigaset PRO portfolio, and to celebrate the N720 launch will be announcing event exclusive promotional offers for registered attendees at these events.
