Oak will be demonstrating its new Comms Suite SDK that allows third parties and end users to fully integrate call recording and CTI within their business and CRM systems. This is of real benefit to the reseller as it means that their solution will add so much more value to their customer's business. It all forms part of the Oak philosophy of "sell solutions not software".
