TeleWare has announced the immediate availability of a new call recording application providing access to the TeleWare Mobile and TeleWare Mobile Compliance Call Recording and SMS auditing records.
“The demand for easy and secure access to stored records has increased with the widespread deployment of our product which records calls for mobile users in the financial sector to bring them in line with financial legislation,” explained Danny Hensby, Product Manager for the TeleWare Mobile product. “We are making the new application, which brings and enhanced look and feel to the underlying functionality, immediately available to all our mobile customers and training has already been rolled out,” added Hensby.
Initial customer feedback has been extremely positive.
As well as the new application, there will be a series of enhancements to the product throughout the year to assist administrators further with their productivity.
