New Chairman for ATC

Gerry Spencer joins the Board of ATC as they list on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange.

As one of the UK’s leading independent business-to-business communications providers, ATC (AT Communications Group Plc) has attracted one of the industry’s leading figures as their Chairman. Gerry Spencer brings a wealth of experience: as Senior Vice President of BT he was involved in the creation and launch of BT Ignite, and he has carried out consulting and advisory roles in international wholesale strategy and profitability (both switched minutes and IP streams), local networking, network equipment supply and business customer equipment and applications. He also holds an advisory role in Wesley Clover, a private holding company with a technology group of companies specialising in technologies that are likely to have considerable impact and first move advantage in telecommunications and networking markets.
