Ian Terry has joined 4Com Channel Partners as Chief Technical Officer with responsibility for developing and supporting product and service offerings for the 4Com partners and dealerships. Ian has over 25-years of Technical & Professional Services experience and within carrier, enterprise and SME markets specifically developing services based upon real-time IP communication, mobility integration and network convergence.
Most recently, Ian also has direct channel exposure within the various vendor business channels where as both Technical Director and Professional Services Director, Ian was responsible for developing channel support services within the Nortel, Ericsson and Microsoft channels.
