New Door Opens for Telecoms’ Top Closers

What do great telecoms salespeople and small resellers have in common? They are both fantastic at selling but want the freedom to be able to do it without the hassles of administration, project management, support, and collections.

Allowing these people to go and do what they’re best at has been the Holy Grail for NBCN (The National Business Communications Network) who launch their all-inclusive business telephony package today. The company uses a simple and highly effective sales method which allows small resellers to make profitable sales without having to get involved with any of the administration that holds them back.

‘There is no other model like this available in the channel. It allows small businesses and great salespeople who are looking to set up on their own the chance to build on their strengths rather than waste their time on the non-productive but essential aspects of the telecoms business’, states the company’s Southern business development director, Jon Dean. ‘We have also had a lot of interest from IT businesses looking to move into telecoms.’

Successes have come early for the company too. To test initial reaction NBCN staged a pre-launch, closed-doors event to nine small businesses including telecoms consultants and resellers, IT resellers, and mobile vendors. The reaction was so positive that five have already signed up, one has had the system installed themselves, and the first external order has already been taken.

Andrew Moody, the company’s Northern business development director concluded, ‘We are looking to build a trusted network of Partners all over the country and will be staging events and interviews nationally. Small businesses looking for exciting new opportunities and great sales people who want to set up on their own are our specific target Partners.’

Customers are presented with an all-inclusive package priced on a monthly basis depending only on the number of sites and users they have, and a handful of additional options. For that monthly price all their functionality, support, and potentially even all their calls are included.
