New e-resources on Tech Data's Channel Academy platform

Tech Data has announced a major new release of its Channel Academy sales training platform, providing additional features, resources and content.

The refreshed Channel Academy provides Tech Data’s customers a range of interactive e-learning modules, sales enablement tools and bite-sized training modules from vendors including HPE, Aruba, Microsoft, Veritas and Intel - with additional vendors being added every month.

The refreshed portal offers a more intuitive experience for users with new tools and processes that can be used to drive improved lead generation and more profitable opportunities. Other resources enable resellers to accurately track usage and skills development, as well as measure productivity improvements, return on investment and cost savings.

A streamlined registration process makes it simple for registered customers to access and use the platform, while new gamification features give customers more tools to encourage participation and competition between team members.
