James Byles has been appointed Managing Director to lead alwaysON’s customer focus strategy.
Byles will take over from Martin Peck to take responsibility of the day-to-day running of the business, whilst providing strategic insight and leadership to the Sales, Marketing and Technical teams at alwaysON. Martin Peck joins the alwaysON board with immediate effect.

Byles brings with him extensive corporate Sales and Management experience in the IT and Telecoms sectors, having held integral leadership positions at BT, Siemens Services Integration, Dimension Data, KCom and IP-Soft.
