New MD at Cambridge Online

Cambridge Online Systems, an IT systems and services provider, has hired David Crabb as its new managing director as the company looks to accelerate its growth in the next few years.

David joins from a major business process outsourcing company with a turnover of around £400M where he was a board director. He led a change management programme with a strong focus on customer retention and employee talent optimisation. During this period the business increased annual net profits from £250,000 to £5.8m. David has also held director posts with the three global recruitment giants: Manpower, Adecco and Vedior (now Ranstad) where he was responsible for running specific divisions/companies within the UK.
