Neowave Distribution UK Ltd is set to launch their new on boarding package to attract new Aastra resellers later this month in time for The Convergence Summit South, Sandown Park 4-5 October.
Neowave and Aastra have collaborated to help develop and accelerate dealer routes to market. The whole package is designed to bring the new reseller on board at nil cost making it very attractive when coupled with Aastra’s award winning solutions.
Justin Blaine, Managing Director of Neowave said “We specifically wanted to target new resellers but recognised the cost implications and commitment needed to take on new products, so we decided to put the emphasis on support.”
Neowave have recently opened a Training Academy to provide sales and technical training for new Aastra resellers and offer both pre and post-sales support in house.

Paul Bevington, Project Manager at CDI Group, commented “NeoWave have supported me through sales and technical and have responded to every question within half an hour. The training was very useful making sure I gain the knowledge needed for future installs. I am currently seeking to book 2 more engineers on the xover training and 2 on the full A400 part 1 training along with 1 on the part 2 training when available.”
Using this strategy Neowave hope to bring on board another 80 Aastra resellers in the next 18 months along with developing their portfolio of products to give a truly unique experience from distribution.
