Gamma has announced the launch of Gamma Academy, its new online interactive training hub for Channel Partners.
Gamma Academy provides partners with exclusive access to easy to digest, bite-sized training material including video tutorials, eLearning courses, knowledgebase content and step-by-step product guides. The platform helps partners improve their knowledge of the Gamma product portfolio and ensure their teams are offering the most effective service to their customers, using all the available portal self-serve tools.
The Academy is linked to the Gamma Portal which means it can intelligently determine, based on who has logged on and the products being specified, what recommended training should be undertaken and at what level for that individual. There is also an intuitive search function to help users find relevant training programmes and the ability for Line Managers to create learning plans for team members, view their activity and monitor progress. Once training programmes have been successfully completed, a badge is awarded which can be displayed on LinkedIn, providing differentiation to help partners stand out when competing for business.
Jo Shuttleworth, Head of Service Development at Gamma commented:
“We’ve designed the Academy having spent a lot of time talking to partners about how we can help them provide an optimised service for their customers. Training consistently comes up as a key topic for our partners support teams, and as such we’ve designed the Academy with them in mind. The content is in bite-sized chunks, with an integrated knowledgebase to help keep partners up to speed with our new portal and product developments, as well as provide a base layer of understanding for new starters or partners needing a refresh on their telecoms knowledge. We’re really excited about the opportunities the platform presents and are keen to build on the already positive feedback from partners.”
Sam Bowers, Operations Manager at TM Solutions added:
“The introduction of the Gamma Academy will enable us to train our staff efficiently with engaging material, giving them the skill set to order and support Gamma products confidently. The Academy is comprehensive, easy to use, informative and the content is enjoyable whilst being educational.”
