Founded in 2000, the Suffolk-based firm X-on processes several million SMS and call minutes per month and boast numerous clients from diverse industries, including household brands such as Kelloggs, Bupa and Fujitsu.
Becky Hall has joined the Service Delivery team as a Provisioning Engineer, to assist with building Cloud telephony software solutions for new and existing customers.
Originally from Yorkshire, Becky relocated to Suffolk and subsequently graduated with a degree from University Campus Suffolk, before going on to work in various roles involving data analysis and SQL server administration.
Meanwhile, Mark Bain has been appointed Development Engineer. Mark is a SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) expert who has been in the telecoms industry for longer than he cares to admit, having joined Vodafone in the late 80’s in the early days of the company.”
