New Starters at STL

Witney based STL Communications has recently taken on three new members of staff to support its ambitious growth plans for 2010.

Tim Bailey has been appointed IT Projects Manager, responsible for all hosted systems, data centres and IT projects both in-house and for STL’s customers. With 10 years of experience in IT, Bailey has already made a significant impact by moving STL’s servers to a hosted system in line with the company’s pledge to be more environmentally friendly.

An increase in STL’s lines and calls business led STL to expand its project coordination team. Peppa Campbell, who has been recruited for the position of Provisioning and Billing Executive, already has considerable experience in this role. Peppa will be liaising with customers and STL’s service providers to ensure that lines and systems are installed on time with minimum disruption.

Finally, Oli Fernandez is the latest addition to the STL sales team. As Business Development Executive, Oli will be working with local businesses to identify new sales opportunities, a role that he is looking forward to.

“STL grew by 29% in 2009 and is experiencing good levels of business, so we need to grow our team to ensure that we continue to give customers the best service in all departments,” commented Brendon Cross, STL’s managing director. “With a growth forecast of 35%, 2010 promises to be an exciting year and these new appointments are part of our development strategy.”
