PSU Technology Group (PSU) has officially launched its revamped company website, www.psu.co.uk.
Designed in-house by the Group’s Software team using their own content management system, the website has been completely redesigned to cement the company’s overall strategy as both a telecoms and IT provider.
Michael Lounton, PSU’s Managing Director explained that, in recent years, the company has been focused on developing its clients’ web presence, such as their successful partnership with Inchcape Ltd, meaning that the company’s own website remained largely unchanged.
He said, “It’s like the cobbler’s children – they’re always the worst shod. A major part of our business is web design and development –and we’d been neglecting our own website.”
From the outset of the project, the business’ brief was not only to drive new traffic to the site, but also to raise awareness of their entire service portfolio across their customer base.
“Feedback from our customer surveys revealed that many of our existing clients didn’t appreciate the depth and breadth of services that we provide across the board – and this is an area we were eager to address with the relaunch of the site.”
Further plans for the new website include the rollout of a new customer portal, which will provide customers with online access to a range of features including fault management, services and billing.
Lounton said; “I’m delighted with the changes we’ve already made and look forward to developing and launching new functionality in the coming months, building upon the overall experience for our visitors.”
