NewVoiceMedia Recognised in Annual List

NewVoiceMedia has been recognised as one of the Top 100 Best Small Companies to Work for 2014 by The Sunday Times.

The annual awards recognise businesses that excel in demonstrating their commitment towards their employees and focus on building positive workplaces. Companies are rated based on employee responses to a series of questions around the organisation’s ability to provide leadership, wellbeing and personal growth, as well as canvassing people’s views on their management, colleagues and happiness. NewVoiceMedia ranked 95th of 900 organisations surveyed and was accredited with a two-star ‘outstanding’ rating.

The survey revealed that 84 percent of staff feel stretched and challenged by their job, 94 percent are excited about the vision and execution of the organisation and 87 percent ‘wouldn’t leave tomorrow if they had another job offer’. The judges also highlighted NewVoiceMedia’s excellent employee benefits, along with competitive overall remuneration. Employees are offered share options, making them feel they can make a valuable contribution to the company’s success (93%).

Jonathan Gale comments, "I am thrilled that NewVoiceMedia has been named one of the Best Companies to Work for. Making the company a fun and stimulating place to work is a core part of our strategy, and we are delighted that we’re able to attract such exceptional talent as a result. It's great to see that we are living up to our responsibilities as an employer and that our employees feel valued and excited about the company’s vision. Our people are central to our success and I'm extremely proud of what we've achieved together. We will use the feedback to continue building a great working environment and strong company culture".
