NewVoiceMedia has announced today that it has reached the final in the Internet of Things Awards (IoTAs). Organised by Total Telecom, the IoTAs were established to recognise innovation and excellence within the Internet of Things ecosystem.
NewVoiceMedia’s cloud customer contact platform connects organisations with their customers worldwide, enabling them to deliver a personalised and unique customer experience and drive a more effective sales and marketing team. Now serving more than 300 customers in 116 countries, NewVoiceMedia is outpacing the cloud contact centre market fivefold and has doubled its number of staff over the last year to meet increased demand for its technology.
Jonathan Gale, CEO of NewVoiceMedia, comments, “We’re delighted that our ContactWorld technology has been recognised by IoTA’s expert panel. We pride ourselves on the hard work, dedication and innovation involved in developing our market-leading cloud contact centre solutions, as they are revolutionising the customer experience. We look forward to hearing what the judges have to say”.
Winners will be revealed during the Total Telecom Festival in London on 2 December that also plays host to the World Communication Awards.
