Nimans has announced an expansion of its popular GS-hosted proposition with resellers now able to add free music on hold functionality.
Nimans’ hosted telephony service was launched last year and has been a huge success according to the distributor. GS-hosted includes a free three-year hosted seat licence (worth £360) with every handset purchased. A choice of three models are available with upfront margin potential of 45% or recurring margins of 65%. Already hundreds of resellers have signed up and made enquiries about the service that has turned the market on its head.
Now, in another major development music on hold has been added to the portfolio, according to Group Sales and Business Development Director, Richard Carter.
“Music on hold is proven to enhance the customer experience, dramatically reducing the amount of abandoned calls,” he explained. “More and more businesses are polishing-up their image with a professional service that can be set-up very easily. The standard package is bundled for free whilst other bespoke paid-for options are available. These represent a great way for resellers to ramp-up their sales and take advantage of additional revenue opportunities.”
Carter emphasised: “Our GS hosted proposition may be less than nine months old but we are continually adding to the offering.”
