Nimans has teamed-up with SIP service provider tIPicall to boost its flourishing network services proposition and provide resellers with an easy route to sales success.
Manchester-based Nimans says the alliance with tIPicall gives resellers a strong and proven platform to capture a bigger share of the growing SIP market – based on high calibre training and accreditation – ensuring they ‘get it right’.
“The whole sales process has shifted. Resellers need to understand what the client wants, put a solution together and deliver it to them. If you do these three things then you are going to be successful,” says Mark Curtis-Wood, Head of Network Services at Nimans.
“It’s about creating an holistic solution and tIPicall shares this ethos. Conversations often start off about how SIP can cut ISDN costs by 25%. But it’s really about flexibility, disaster recovery and number portability…… and it’s still cheaper than ISDN! Teaming up with tIPicall allows resellers to embrace SIP for the first time or take their service to the next level based on a highly effective training programme and a proven and reliable infrastructure.”
His positive thoughts were echoed by Steve Harrington, Sales Director at channel focused tIPicall – who said the company’s in-depth training programme is geared for swift and sustainable sales success, setting it apart from the competition. “We all realise that ultimately it’s about getting things right for a reseller, making sure SIP works and is deployed correctly. There’s a right way of doing SIP and a wrong way. Training for deployment is crucial. We are very excited by this partnership that can add a ton of value to Nimans’ reseller community.”
