Voice and data distributors Nimans and Rocom have announced a board restructure to lead the two major brands further forward.
Chairman Julian Niman has put in place a new Group Board which comprises: David Bennett, (Financial Director), James Perkins, (Sales Director), John Cunningham, (Operations Director), Andy Winfield, (Purchasing Director) and Phil Gee (Company Secretary).
Julian explained: “Last year’s acquisition of Rocom has given us a great platform to build from. We have some major long term plans going forward as we look to significantly expand our revenue streams and strengthen our position at the forefront of telecoms distribution, building ever closer relationships with our staff, suppliers and customers.”
Former Chief Executive, Paula Gillings is no longer with the business. Julian Niman has combined the Chairman and Chief Executive roles.
