Nimans and Rocom Strengthen Samsung Support

Nimans and Rocom have added to their support structure for Samsung resellers by introducing - on an initial trial basis - a dedicated in-house licence key delivery process, to help speed-up on-site installations.

Jonathan Beatson, Samsung Business Manager at Nimans and Rocom, says customer support remains a top priority. “We have boosted our presence in the South of England with additional manpower and have also started producing our own licence keys, ensuring resellers will be able to have them sent out with systems thus saving their engineers time and money.”

He continued: “These are exciting times for ourselves, Samsung and our customers. The new OfficeServ 7200S system is a welcome addition to our product range as it delivers advanced, voice, data and wireless communications in a single IP platform - at a very competitive price. In addition resellers can take advantage of a Samsung scrappage scheme to stimulate new business; by simply upgrading a customer’s existing phone system with an equally sized Samsung platform they will get the chassis completely free.”

Beaston added: “Samsung are also running The Road to Budapest incentive where resellers register and then accumulate points for each sale. The Top 10 highest performers will win an all expenses paid VIP four-day luxury break to the Hungarian capital later this year.”

He concluded: “Nimans/Rocom have an extensive Pre-sales consultancy service available to help with any configuration issues, pricing and general pre-sales enquiries - backed by a team of expert Technical Support staff who have a wealth of Samsung technical experience to support resellers’ engineers in the field. We are determined to offer our customers the finest levels of support in the industry to put them in a prime position to grow and prosper as the economy starts to hopefully spring back to life.”
