As Avaya Business Manager Tim heads a specialist team responsible for external sales as well as technical and pre-sales support – and his arrival coincides with the launch of Avaya’s latest plug and play VoIP product development, Quick Edition.
One of Tim’s first tasks is to conduct a series of informative trade roadshows to highlight the key benefits of the Quick Edition system that include simple operation, based on a serverless phone system that has all its technology built into the handset. In addition reduced access fees are generated by routing voice traffic over the WAN or internet to significantly reduce call charges.
Tim explained: “Quick Edition provides advanced IP benefits but uses a familiar PBX style handset. This mix of the classic and the new makes it an ideal VoIP solution for all users. The new Quick Edition enhances what is already an extensive product portfolio, available from Nimans.”
