“We developed the two-day course from scratch. Nick came to see me about how to structure the training and how best to make it very sales orientated so that it would be extremely interesting and relevant. The first part was on sales, the second was more technical about mid market and enterprise products, and all the feedback has been extremely positive,” confirmed Matt.
Rathod explained: “We wanted to show how resellers could step-up to the enterprise market with Nimans and the course provided a comprehensive platform on how best to capitalise on new market opportunities, finding the right solutions for customers.”
Events were staged in Guildford, Scotland and at Nimans’ Manchester headquarters - and were aimed at existing Avaya resellers selling IP Office and also those that may already operate in the bigger market space, but not with Avaya.
Rob Wiles, Avaya’s Distribution Director conducted the training along with Nick, who added: “The Nimans Enterprise Sales Academy provided a complete step-by-step guide to help resellers make the leap to a bigger sales arena; how to position the technology through to identifying business benefits and return on investment. The courses proved really popular, we could have conducted them three times over such was the demand. We are looking at hosting more in the future.”
Rob Wiles commented. “It was a thoroughly enjoyable and productive course, very well thought out by Nimans and enthusiastically received by everyone who attended.”
