Ericsson resellers are being promised enhanced levels of technical support by distributor Nimans following the arrival of Neil Haigh, an experienced ‘technical expert’ who spent 10 years with the manufacturer.
Neil was originally employed as an Ericsson Field Engineer and built up extensive product knowledge as part of a diverse career. He says he is looking forward to utilising his in-depth expertise at Nimans, to provide business partners with unrivalled levels of pre-sales technical support.
Neil explained: “As part of my career I spent a decade providing Ericsson technical support so built-up vast knowledge of their products inside out, from small to large enterprise systems. I am really looking forward to taking things to new levels of technical expertise and building on the existing high service levels which Nimans are renowned for.”
