Nimans has invested in a team of field-based experts to provide enhanced levels of face-to-face support for Avaya resellers. The seven-strong team has more than tripled in number as Nimans puts in place a comprehensive nationwide support structure – based on more personal levels of service.
The team is fully trained and qualified to offer resellers all the support they need, from SME to enterprise sales and data products.
“As our Avaya business continues to grow we want to ensure we have enough support on the ground to address the needs of an expanding customer base,” explained Phil Adams, the distributor’s new Director of Avaya. “We’ve got a bigger reach of people now who can manage smaller groups of resellers. We are investing heavily in people and resource to give our customers the best possible experience when working with Nimans and Avaya.”
Adams has returned to the team having previously been employed as Systems Sales Director – spanning many different brands- but he is now specialising with Avaya and acting as the driving force for further market share.
Adams originally spearheaded the Avaya business unit in 2004 and has vast industry knowledge and expertise. “I’ve been working with Avaya for the last six years, having got the brand off the ground at Nimans. You could say Avaya is in my blood,” he explained.
“I am looking forward to taking the business to the next level, to maximise new business opportunities for ourselves, Avaya and most importantly our customers.”
