Nimans has taken delivery of a new range of Jabra headsets from GN Netcom which benefit from intuitive touch screen technology to help harness today’s growing unified comms trends.

The Jabra GO 6400 and PRO 9400 series, are the first Bluetooth and DECT headsets respectively, to feature a touch screen base making call management easy to control, with simultaneous connectivity to mobile, soft and desk phones.

Models in both ranges combine the sound and quality performance of a professional office headset and represent the next generation in wireless headset technology by bringing together user friendly functionality with sleek design, according to Nimans.

“The Jabra GO 6400 and the Jabra PRO 9400 series share the flexibility of mobile headsets and offer the ease of using a single device with multiple phones,” said Malcolm Swords, Jabra Headset Specialist at Nimans.

He explained: “The Jabra GO 6400 range is ideal for employees who are often out of the office as Bluetooth connectivity ensures they are always in touch. The Jabra PRO 9400 series makes use of DECT technology and was developed for more office-based workers who use a number of different phones. In line with GN Netcom’s commitment to UC, the headsets are compatible with leading applications, such as Microsoft OC.”

Malcolm added: “The need for mobility is increasing both in and out of the office as users demand fewer devices which are simpler to use. The Jabra GO 6400 and Jabra PRO 9400 series allow workers to benefit from increased productivity by using a single headset for desk, soft and mobile phones which can easily be controlled and managed via a touch screen base. They are a strong addition to our comprehensive headset portfolio as they combine stylish design with flexible high quality performance based on next generation technology which creates new market opportunities.”
