Nimans gets resellers into top gear

Nimans is highlighting the flexible functionality of an exclusive IP PBX platform for helping inspire its instant market success, as more resellers get into top gear.

The iQ PBX is based on Asterisk, an open source framework for building communications applications. Asterisk turns an ordinary computer into a communications server. It powers IP PBX systems, VoIP gateways, conference servers and other custom solutions.

Today, there are more than one million Asterisk-based communications systems in use, in more than 170 countries. Often deployed by system integrators and developers, Asterisk can become the basis for a complete business phone system, or used to enhance or extend and existing system, or to bridge a gap between systems.

iQ PBX Business Manager, Judith Addison, says this next generation technology is perfect for resellers that want an all-in-one solution as well as those who prefer to ‘get under the bonnet’ and create a more bespoke comms solution.

“One of the big benefits is that resellers can carry out further development work if they wish. It’s like buying a kit car that an expert has put together with the option to customise it afterwards in whatever way you wish,” she observed.

The innovative technology is designed for the sub 25, 60 and up to 200 user markets - combining sophisticated feature-rich functionality with cost effective performance – including Microsoft Lync integration as part of a complete out- of-the-box solution. RRP prices (ex VAT) start from £500 (250 model), £850 for the mid-range 600 and £2,900 for the top-of-the-range 2000 version – providing resellers with many margin-rich sales opportunities.
