Nimans is hailing its first set of webinars for NEC resellers as a resounding success. “We’ve been blown away by the response,” said Nimans’ NEC Business Manager, Andy Clark. “We started with about 20 resellers but attendance rates quickly doubled. Numbers are growing as each session takes place.”
He added: “We are looking to host up to three webinars per month, such has been the positive response and thirst for knowledge from customers. We are getting lots of feedback. In addition the webinars are now on our dedicated NEC microsite so people can download them and associated fact sheets at their convenience. This is proving particularly popular for people who may want to share information with other work colleagues.”
Andy concluded: “All the information required is available at the click of a mouse. Dealers can keep up-to-speed with all the latest industry developments from the comfort of their own office or anywhere with internet access. Webinars are a great way of interacting with our reseller base. No time is wasted travelling and by restricting the agenda to 40 minutes or so, we don’t take up too much time either. They are proving a great success.
“We have a series of further events planned for the rest of the year including a webinar on 17th November about NEC’s SV8100 (version 3) platform.”
