Nimans has launched a new addition to its popular mp3-based music-on-hold range. The comms distributor is now stocking a pre loaded player which comes with a selection of 15 music tracks - as part of its own brand Radius portfolio.
Nimans’ call processing specialist, Allan Merten, says the new innovation enables customers to simply plug and play without the need for downloading or uploading files. All music appearing on the pre loaded unit is of a high standard and varies in both genre and style. Furthermore the pre loaded productions include interspersed comfort messages performed by professional voice over artists.
He added: “For extra peace of mind the Radius mp3 player benefits from royalty free music thus avoiding costly PRS-MCPS licences which are required when playing commercial music through a telephone system. This new device is a convenient out-of-the-box solution which addresses continued demand for MP3-based technology compared to traditional CD’s.”
