Nimans has held a Two-Way Radio demo day to shout about the benefits and sales potential of the latest technology trends.
The event at the company’s Manchester HQ was held in partnership with Motorola and attended by dealers as well as internal sales staff to boost their knowledge and expertise. They learned about the differences between analogue and digital technology and licensed and licence free options.
Nimans’ Purchasing Director, Andy Winfield, hailed the event a resounding success, as a purpose-built van became a ‘showroom on wheels’ to showcase the latest advances in the market.
“The two-way radio arena is much more than just traditional analogue conversations between two different parties on a licence free basis. We wanted to highlight how professional digital and IP systems can help dealers drive margins by educating their customers to make better informed decisions. They were able to see the full product range and gain a first-hand understanding of price and profit opportunities. The demonstration event can even be repeated at a customer’s premises if required.”
