A three-day technical accreditation course around Panasonic’s NS700 comms system was staged at Nimans’ Manchester headquarters – to enable resellers to branch out into lucrative new areas of activity.
One Devon-based dealer said the trip had been thoroughly worthwhile, providing a strong platform to make a strong sales impact. “As a company, we are relatively new with Panasonic so a course of this nature is vital to help us move forward.
“The NS700 is very good as it’s got a lot of features out of the box – that we’ve been discovering on the course – that with other systems you’ve got to pay a lot of money for. I will be leaving here with the ability to install systems myself thanks to my new-found knowledge and confidence.”
The in-depth course was designed for engineers with no prior knowledge of the NS700, and it also proved a resounding success for a Yorkshire-based installer, who emphasised: “My two bosses came on the course not so long ago and wanted me to do the same. They can send me out installing now. The course was great. Lots of information plus we’ve also got documents to takeaway that will aid us out on the job.”
The NS700 ‘smart hybrid’ solution is ideally suited to small and medium sized offices and call centre environments. Its built-in applications support the basic needs of supervisors, such as Position In Queue, Live Status Monitor, Activity Report and Automatic Conversation Recording.
Installation and configuration, new hardware, unified messaging, programming and IP cell stations all feature as part of comprehensive training from Nimans.
