Nimans has expanded its Network Services proposition with the introduction of secure audio conferencing facilities as part of a seamless end-to-end approach.
The new solution is based on virtual geographic numbers and a monthly rental – part of Nimans’ extensive network-based portfolio that includes data connectivity, voice services, wholesale mobile, hosted and cloud-based solutions.
“Resellers can now provide secure conference services based on simple and straightforward adoption, with immediate set-up and access to provision, amend and also manage services through our portal,” says Mark Curtis-Wood, Head of Nimans’ Network Services.
Other features include:
•Conference call recording
•Choice of welcome messages/hold music
•Choice of male or female welcome announcers
•Host control – Host PIN and Attendee PINs so conference does not start until the host dials in
•Name announcement for call participants
Mark added: “We understand the challenges resellers face; the scope, complexity and many variables networks and data solutions can present. That’s why our complete, end-to-end solutions not only focus on what’s best for individual needs but critically provide resellers with the advice and support they need to serve their customers better, whilst increasing their revenue.
“Our consultative approach, strategic partnerships, flexibility and commitment to offer easy-to-sell solutions are all designed to make resellers’ operations more profitable and easier to manage. Audio conferencing is a valuable and flexible new way for resellers to increase their margin and revenue potential.”
