Nimans says there’s never been a better time for resellers to join the Samsung success story, as the distributor offers a discounted starter package which can improve the chances of closing sales by as much as 50%.
Two versions are available: one has an RRP of £2,400 which has been heavily discounted to £875, whilst an alternative package is available for £675 representing a saving of over £1,300. Nimans’ Samsung Business Manager, Jonathan Beatson, says 2010 has been a year to remember despite difficult trading conditions.
“Sales growth of Samsung’s OfficeServ platform is currently exceeding expectations for us this year and we want more resellers to share in our continued success. I think one of the main reasons for the rise in popularity is that this is a very powerful system offering the same applications and features from the smallest installation to the largest – based on easy scalability.”
Nimans’ starter kit includes a portable demo unit featuring the OfficeServ 7030 system with either three IP or three digital handsets. In addition there is also eight staff training credits worth £100 each, two on-site sales workshops, free web-based product and marketing support and also an additional 3% product discount for the first 9 months.
Jonathan added: “Samsung is renowned as a massive global player across a range of technologies with exceptional brand recognition for quality and innovation. According to Samsung research, a competent demonstration improves the chances of closing a deal by between 30 and 50%.”
He concluded: “OfficeServ is particularly well suited to smaller businesses including start-ups so there’s a large market for resellers to target, from the smallest installation to the biggest.”
