The presentation was made at Avaya's EMEA Business Partner conference in Madrid and endorses Nimans' long standing reputation for service excellence - and follows on from its previous 2006 success as Avaya's Largest Growth Distributor for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Nimans' Systems Sales Director, Phil Adams and Avaya Business Manager Tim Freeth, picked up the Avaya 2008 Distributor of the Year title for the UK and Ireland. Phil said: "Our exceptional growth and commitment to the channel were highlighted as key factors along with the way we have embraced Avaya's mid market proposition and are moving things forward. Furthermore we learned that we are a key supplier of Avaya in the SMB channel; growing our Avaya business more than 30%."
He added: "This latest award demonstrates we are the best in the channel in these categories. We would like to thank our own business partners for their continued support and reassure them we are determined to maintain and build on our number one status."
