Dealers can push their driving skills to the limit as part of a race day incentive from Nimans and Polycom which aims to get them on the road to success by moving sales of conference call equipment into top gear.
With separate categories for new and existing dealers, the highest performers will win places at the action-packed May event and experience the thrills and spills of high speed racing at Oulton Park race track in Cheshire.
Driving abilities across a range of disciplines will be tested, including an exhilarating Caterham sports cars slalom, a head-to-head power carts race and a chance to tackle the tough terrain that only a 4×4 vehicle can overcome. Participants will also be able to master powerturn buggies that have two throttles instead of a steering wheel, and also put a Peugeot 206 rally car through its paces on two special rally stages. In addition one-to-one tuition from experienced professionals will harness driving skills in high performance Renault saloon cars.
Nimans’ Conferencing Sales Manager, Chris Sulej, said there is great potential for dealers to accelerate their business performance by focusing more on the voice conferencing market where Polycom is the world leader in audio conferencing.
“Many dealers are not capitalising on the huge opportunities to maximise their revenue by selling audio conferencing on top of their traditional activities,” he explained.
