“Our heritage and reputation has always been based on providing the highest levels of service to resellers and that will become more prevalent as the companies move forward,” explained Chairman Julian Niman.
“Obviously there is a lot of transition work to be done to re-brand the Nicomm site as Nimans, but in the meantime all prices have been set at RRP to address dealers’ previous concerns,” said Julian. “The website eventually will become a class leading Nimans trade only service, which is easy to navigate and full of product information and dealer services.”
He concluded: “The acquisition of Rocom represents a strong statement of intent and demonstrates our long term commitment to the dealer channel. We understand the issues and controversy which initially arose with Nicomm but it is time to move on as we fully concentrate all our energies in helping dealers grow their businesses.”
