Four-day technical accreditation and one-day technical top-up courses are being staged during September at venues in the north and south of the country.
The four-day course is designed for engineers with no prior knowledge of the NS700. It takes place at Nimans in Manchester on 8th-11th September and at Panasonic’s head office in Bracknell from 28th September to October 1st, starting at £295 per delegate.
One-day sessions are staged at Nimans on Sept 16th and in Bracknell on 24th September – for engineers already proficient in Panasonic TDA/NCP/TDE system programming. They cost £95 per attendee.
Nimans’ Head of System Sales, John McKindland, says places are limited on a first come first served basis – and he expects demand to be high.

The training sessions represent a perfect opportunity to learn how to harness the system’s many powerful features and we are here to support resellers every step of the way.”
The NS700 ‘smart hybrid’ solution is ideally suited to small and medium sized offices and call centre environments. Its built-in applications support the basic needs of supervisors, such as Queue Announcement, Live Status Monitor, Activity Report, Automatic Conversation Recording, and NAS (Network Attached Storage).
