Nimans’ resellers have been learning about the benefits of IP CCTV from Panasonic – how they can put themselves in the frame to capitalise on new business opportunities.
Resellers from across the North of England and Scotland converged at Nimans’ Manchester headquarters for separate sales and technical training courses which proved a resounding success. None had experienced IP CCTV before.
One Glasgow-based reseller confirmed afterwards: “Today has been very informative and beneficial. We already sell lots of telephone systems and have analogue CCTV in our own building so adding IP CCTV into our portfolio is the next logical step. As far as basic installation goes it’s no problem at all. Another avenue of revenue is something too good to ignore. We need to go away and assess this further.”
Nimans’ Panasonic Business Manager, Julie Greaves, says Panasonic is recognised as a global leader in IP CCTV manufacturer, providing solutions which are either standalone or system-based.
“IP CCTV is a growing area of the market and these training sessions were a great introduction for resellers to discover how they can effectively expand and accelerate their sales potential,” she confirmed. “We wanted to show resellers how easy it is to add IP CCTV as an end point, enabling them to sell more overall customer solutions. Hopefully everyone that joined us today went away with a lot more confidence and knowledge about how to embrace new market opportunities. They were all very enthusiastic about the huge potential that undoubtedly exists.”
