Sennheiser’s new ‘go anywhere’ portable wireless conferencing solution is available from distributor Nimans.
TeamConnect Wireless features a master unit and three ‘slave’ devices for up to 24 participants, with easy set-up in less than a minute, all housed in a handy travelling case that acts as a charger.
“It really is conferencing in a box and we’ve never quite seen anything like it before,” says Ian Brindle, Nimans Head of Conferencing Sales.
As well as being an official Sennheiser headset specialist Nimans is now a fully accredited AV distributor, as Ian added: “We are delighted to add the award-winning TeamConnect Wireless to our comprehensive conferencing portfolio. It offers peerless connectivity options, making any device capable of establishing a professional quality conference call in seconds. Users can quickly connect their own Bluetooth smart device or computer wirelessly even via NFC. Wired connections are also available via USB or jack cable for total flexibility to easily ‘bridge’ other participants into calls.”
He added: “Using the system couldn’t be easier. Simply slide the four units from the case and they automatically power up and link together. Uniquely, TeamConnect Wireless supports multiple simultaneous audio channels, so additional callers can be joined to an existing conference just by connecting another device. It’s very clever stuff and a major step forward in intuitive, remote conference calling. Ease of use, speed of set-up and cutting edge connectivity are very impressive.”
TeamConnect Wireless received the top prize in the Red Dot: Product Design 2016 awards earlier this year.
