Nimans has continued to expand its headsets operation with the appointment of Phil Ventress as Northern Regional Field Sales executive, just a month after it announced the arrival of Matthew Teer to the team. Ventress will work closely with Teer, with both reporting to Headset Business Manager, Philippa Parrish.
“Phil is an exceptional sales talent with a proven track record,” commented Parrish. “Having worked with him previously I am well aware of the positive contribution he can make in maintaining and building upon Nimans’ position as European market leader in headset sales.”
Ventress, 33, gained over five years’ headset sector experience at Rocom where, as well as being its Plantronics’ specialist, he was a major account handler. Prior to that he enjoyed various sales roles and a stint in the Royal Air Force. In his new role he will be promoting Nimans’ headset offerings to clients based between Birmingham and the borders.
