Poltys is new to the UK market but has built up a global reputation as a leading player in call management software – providing powerful bolt-on solutions that boost the performance of Panasonic systems. To date their product has been sold with Panasonic systems in North America and Asia/Pacific regions, and as a custom solution for Panasonic has gained a strong reputation in these regions. Panasonic and Poltys are the leading suppliers to the healthcare market in Canada.
Call Centre applications, business productivity, collaboration and healthcare are some of its many areas of expertise along with dedicated modules for Panasonic’s Communication Assistant productivity application suite.
