The Manchester-based distributor specialist, Nimans, has generated a 29% year-on-year growth in sales to become Sennheiser’s largest distributor in EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa).
The latest coup follows on from the recent opening of a major warehouse expansion where Nimans stocks a comprehensive range of Sennheiser equipment including the MB 660 ‘gold standard’ ANC wireless headset, new Century Mobile wired device and stylish SP series of portable speakerphones.
“Nimans is a very important strategic partner and benefits from a highly skilled and trained workforce and excellent stockholding,” said Jane Craven, Sennheiser’s Enterprise Solutions Sales Director for the UK and Ireland. “The company adds significant value to the channel and understands the needs of customers which is why it has become our largest distributor in EMEA.”
Richard Carter, Nimans’ Director of Sales and Business Development, hailed the company’s number one status as a significant achievement.
“Nimans enjoyed a tremendous 2017 and the forward momentum is continuing this year. To become Sennheiser’s largest distributor in EMEA represents another major milestone in our growth and we look forward to helping more resellers embrace Sennheiser’s innovative product range – and ultimately win more business.”
In addition Nimans is stocking Sennheiser’s powerful new Headsetup Pro Manager IT management solution. This enterprise grade platform manages, updates and configures settings for Sennheiser headsets and speakerphones. It banishes time consuming manual headset updates and lengthy reporting to free up customers’ resources by managing technology more effectively.
Headsetup Pro Manager is a cloud-based Software-as-a-service or on-premises solution and to aid adoption resellers can offer their customers a free 90 day trial. It is available in two versions; Headsetup Pro, an end user variant installed locally on each computer managing the user’s headsets or speakphones – or Headsetup Pro Manager, an IT administrator version hosted in Windows Azure or on- tenant premises.
“Headsetup Pro Manager gives customers full visibility of all Sennheiser headsets across their organisation and provides the ability to generate reports, push updates and configurations to their headset and speakerphone inventory. Furthermore it’s simple to set up and run a trial via a dedicated webpage,” Richard concluded.
