Nimans Test Resellers iQ

Distributors
A two-day technical training course took place at Nimans headquarters recently where resellers learned about the distributors iQ PBX comms platform - including Wireless LAN provisioning for the first time.

At the end of the course – delegates who travelled from as far as Lincolnshire and the North East – all passed an iQ exam to demonstrate their enhanced knowledge and earn official iQ accredited partner status.

Network settings, security, capacities and major features were all covered along with configuring extensions, storage management and troubleshooting.

One Newcastle-based reseller commented afterwards: “It’s been a very beneficial and worthwhile trip. We’ve learned a lot and the more you know the more you can sell. We’ll be leaving here with lots of confidence, backed by the support of Nimans.”

A counterpart from Nottingham added: “We’ve sold one iQ system in the past and I’ll be selling a lot more in the future boosted by my increased technical knowledge. I like the iQ system a lot especially the front end functionality. It’s very easy to work with, easy to set-up and in many ways the system sells itself. I sell by what my customers need and this is a powerful additional to our portfolio. It’s ideal for any home worker and IP type situation.”

Nimans is the exclusive UK distributor of the innovative gateway solution which is available in several distinctive versions, up to 300 users.

iQ PBX Business Manager, Judith Addison, says the iQ PBX offers resellers a cost effective route into today’s IP PBX arena – all-in-one technology (with optional applications) that’s straightforward to configure, implement and support.

“The iQ PBX appeal is spreading far and wide across all four corners of the country. Our training courses are always well attended and culminate in a test for attendees to achieve official certification and a logo for their websites. Everyone passed on this occasion with flying colours!”

The next courses take place on March 24th and 25th in Slough and May 27th and 28th in Manchester.
