Nimans has announced a major expansion of its Compendium IP device management suite which is designed to give resellers more control of their customer estates.
Powered by Forgeserve, Compendium enables resellers to provision, manage and monitor an unlimited number of devices from the cloud – and now features three distinctive and tailored components.
Compendium Connect is a provisioning service which is fully automated, flexible and easy to use. Compendium Engage encompasses device management with real time remote management. Compendium Acquire is an automated ordering service based on streamlined functionality to reduce admin costs and maximise customer loyalty.
“In an increasingly competitive IP telephony market we have developed a series of support elements tailored to help you win more, deliver more and support more customers,” says Ian Brindle, Nimans’ Head of UC Device Sales.
“Our device management suite sits at the very heart of our unique ‘cradle to grave’ IP delivery and support service – helping resellers capture a bigger slice of the burgeoning UC endpoint market.”
Ian added: “Compendium has been a great success and these latest developments will further broaden its appeal and reseller imnpact.
