John Pickworth from Salford-based Reliatech Systems picked up £100 in gift vouchers for being the 150th customer through the doors in just over a week, as part of a special Trade Counter promotion at Nimans’ Manchester headquarters.
John has been running his own business for around two years and says the convenience and expert knowledge provided by Nimans’ Trade Counter is one of the biggest factors in the success of his company.
“I’ve been using this facility for about 10 years but since starting up my own business it’s become even more important,” he explained. “You simply cannot get the same kind of personal service any other way. I enjoy wandering around to see all the latest products and pick up advice and tips from Nimans’ Trade Counter Supervisor Bob Hinder who is a real font of knowledge.
“If I am out on a job and need extra supplies I know I can call in at Nimans and pick everything up straight away with no hanging around for deliveries. I don’t have time to wait for stock to arrive as I am too busy out on the road. I could not operate without the Trade Counter.”
