NMS Adaptive Suite Rated “Avaya Compliant”

New Media Software has announced that its Adaptive suite of products is compliant with key IP telephony solutions from Avaya. The Adaptive suite of applications increases business productivity in a number of ways from improving outbound call productivity, through to multi-media inbound call handling – voice, email, Fax, SMS and Web chat. The applications now are compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with: Avaya IP Office systems.

Phill McGowan, Managing Director of New Media Software said, “By adopting open standards Avaya allows customer to incorporate new technology easily and cost-effectively and uncover new possibilities for getting more out of their communications infrastructure. The Adaptive suite of contact centre applications are complimentary to those provided by Avaya and further open up new opportunities for resellers in such applications as thin client environments.

Adaptive CTI is able to work in Citrix and Terminal Services environments and can even screen-pop non TAPI compliant applications. Achieving Avaya Compliance also means that resellers can address new markets. For example, the Adaptive Diallers provide low cost solutions for use in telemarketing and outbound call centre applications and Adaptive Web Assist opens up sales opportunities in web based businesses. For resellers of Avaya IP Office we now provide complimentary functionality in that Adaptive Messaging and Adaptive Contact Centre provide multi-media capability and augment the functionality provided by the CCC.”

“By offering compliance testing to the many innovative companies like New Media Software who are members of our DevConnect program, Avaya promotes fully interoperable solutions that help businesses unleash powerful new possibilities,” said Eric Rossman, vice president, developer relations and technical alliances, Avaya. “They are able to use Intelligent Communications to connect employees and customers to information from wherever they are, over whatever device they have available – getting more out of their multi-vendor network and delivering new value to their bottom line.”
