CTI solutions vendor New Media Software is targeting the smaller business with a tailored solution to deliver contact centre applications.
Announced at the Convergence Summit at Sandown Park this week, NMS will be targeting their application at business users from 1 to 50 users that have already installed business telephone systems where the cost of adding call and contact centre functionality is prohibitive.
Phill McGowan, Managing Director of NSM said, “With this move we are now able to offer the smaller business CTI, SMS and email blending in a contact centre application as well as progressive dialling capabilities at a very affordable price. For resellers this open up new opportunities that were hitherto closed due to the high cost normally associated with providing these applications, if they are available, directly from the PBX vendor.”
