Cisco specialist Node 4 has announced a partnership agreement with Zeacom, the New Zealand based provider of automated contact centre and call handling solutions, to provide contact centre, voice messaging and IVR applications to small and medium sized call centres across the UK.
“Zeacom’s ContactCenter messaging product is a mature and scalable solution that offers high-end functionality and is in use in nearly 2000 call centres around the world”, said Andy Gilbert, MD at Node4. “Node 4 has pioneered the development of a multi tenant environment for Cisco CallManager and this partnership with Zeacom is in line with our strategy of providing our customers and channel partners with a complete suite of high-end applications at an affordable price. More specifically, our call centre customers can now dynamically react to caller demands and organise their incoming calls based on flexible parameters so that callers can be directed to the right agent every time.”
Through the agreement, Node 4 will resell Zeacom’s award winning ContactCenter 4.0 solution, as part of it’s “hostTALK” hosted IP telephony services and through the deal, the company expects to expand its already significant presence in the booming under-250 seat call centre market.
Miles Valentine, Zeacom CEO said “We are delighted to have Node 4 on board as the Hosted IP services market is rapidly expanding and is therefore a key target growth area for us. With Node 4’s excellent reputation on Cisco CallManager and its rapidly expanding customer base, together we are looking forward to a period of unprecedented growth”.
