Megabuyte’s recognition of Node4 followed a recent announcement that leading private equity firm Bowmark Capital had acquired a majority shareholding in Node4 from its previous institutional investor, LDC. Bowmark has also committed a further £40m of follow-on funding for Node4’s ambitious growth and acquisition plans over the next three years.
