Fast-growing UK company Ranplan has appointed Peter Norton as VP Global Accounts. With over 20 years’ experience in the telecoms industry, Norton will be working with major international OEMs and operators to accelerate the adoption of Ranplan’s all-in-one solution for designing and optimising outdoor/indoor wireless networks.
Norton has held senior roles in companies including Varian, Digital Link, Ditech Communications, Spirent, Broadsoft, SwissQual and Cambridge Broadband Networks, with wide experience in negotiating and managing major strategic OEM accounts, VARs and mobile carriers. Born in the UK and with a Ph.D. in Physics from Bath University, Norton is now based in Germany.
